- What is the fastest way to get a quote?
- WhatsApp +94 77 739 1391. Tell us your approximate dates, how many people are travelling, roughly how long you have, and anything you already know you want to see. That is enough for a first itinerary and price. Most enquiries get a reply within 2–4 hours during Sri Lankan business hours.
- I am in Europe or North America — will the time difference be a problem?
- Sri Lanka is UTC+5:30, so we are 4.5–5.5 hours ahead of the UK and 9.5–10.5 hours ahead of the US East Coast. In practice this works well: a message sent from Europe in the evening is usually answered by the time you wake up. We answer WhatsApp outside office hours too when we can.
- Do I have to pay to get an itinerary?
- No. Planning, itinerary drafts and revisions are free and unlimited. You only pay once you decide to book, at which point a 60% deposit confirms the trip and lets us hold hotel rooms.
- Can you help with flights?
- We do not sell international flights — you will almost always get a better fare booking those yourself. We do advise on which arrival times work well with a first-day itinerary, and we handle all airport transfers as part of the tour.
